All you have to do is contribute a helpful / detailed training article and we'll do the rest. For example you can send us a weekly training routine, nutrition help, a training video, a training routine focused on one body part, etc. The list goes on and we're open for all types of articles, just send them in and we'll let you know if we like it!

Contributors will have a link placed in the top right corner of the website, It will be part of a list of links of "Recent Contributors". The top spot within the list will belong to the contributor who has contributed the most articles. The second spot will belong to the contributor who has contributed the next highest amount of articles, and so forth. There will also be a link slot for the newest contributor. Basically you have the opportunity to have FREE ADVERTISING year round!
We suggest contributing once or twice a month, we want this to be relaxing so take your time when submitting something. You can however contribute as often as you'd like!
The "Recent Contributors" links will say the contributors name and link to their Bio page on the Shemuscle.net. The top of the Bio page will have the contributors web banner. Underneath that will be a photo of the individual and a short bio about them. Underneath that will be links to their contributed articles.
