Occupation: I am a professional Photographer in the art of commercial and portraiture photography and fashion. I run Reflexavision.com.
What brought you into training: I started lifting weights in a 10th grade co-ed gym class; I was on a mission to be stronger than the boys.
Do you compete, if so in what division: Yes, I am an all natural National Champion Bodybuilder competing with the NPC organization in the women's bodybuilding division.
What do you do for fun / hobbies: I love spending time with my family!
Best bodypart: My shoulders and my abs!
Future plans: I hope to have a pro card! I would also like to become a promoter of my own bodybuilding show one day and to have written a book about my life. I would also love to get a contract with the NPC to put on a stage production show during intermission time at some of the bigger show events! I am a choreographer at heart and the music is alive in my soul!

Occupation: Personal trainer, Nutritionist & Diet/Fitness writer
What brought you into training: For health reasons, I needed to gain weight- bodybuilding enabled me to do that, and to look ten times better for it. It’s also an amazing stress-reliever.
Do you compete, if so in what division: I haven’t competed yet, but I certainly wouldn’t rule it out for one day down the track.
What do you do for fun / hobbies: Training is my hobby! But aside from that, I’m very into fashion (I design clothes) and music (I sing, song-write and play guitar).
Best bodypart: Definitely my delts.
Future plans: I’m in the process of writing my diet book, The Have Your Cake And Eat It Diet. As for long-term plans, I would love, one day, to set my own chain of gyms, each incorporating a fashion boutique for my own sportswear designs!
